We define Terms of Service and Privacy Policy together as "Terms and Agreements". Please read them carefully before using the Dandori website.

Terms of Service

It is important to understand our Terms of Service to use Dandori Service.

Definitions

These Terms set the rules for using our platforms (websites, APIs, emails, applications - 'Services' or 'Dandori'), all owned by Hiroki Miyaji in Tokyo. We refer to ourselves as 'I', 'Me', 'Our', 'We'. By using these Services, you, known as 'User' or 'You', agree to these Terms.

Our Services are dependent on external services like Miro and OpenAI. We also call them as 'External Services', 'External Applications', 'Third Party Services' or 'Third Party Applications'.

Terms of Service Updates

We may change these Terms of Service. New features added to the Service will also follow these Terms. If you continue using the Service after changes, it means you accept them. The latest Terms can always be found at this page.

We are not responsible for any changes to Third Party Services.

Account Closure for Terms Violation and User Risk Acknowledgment

Violating these conditions will cause your account to be closed. While Dandori forbids specific actions and materials, it's not accountable for content on the Service that you may come across. Your use of the Service is at your own peril.

Account Registration

You need to create an account to use our Services. You must provide accurate, up-to-date information. We can disable any account at any time for any reason, especially if you don't follow these Terms.

We do not manage your account directly. We use a third-party service called Auth0. If you log in through Auth0, you agree to their terms and conditions.

Each login should be used by only one person. Sharing a login with others is not allowed.

Also, don't use the Service for illegal activities or to break any laws in your area, including copyright laws

Third Party Services

Dandori depends on external services. When using our service, you need to agree to t their terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for them and the use of the Third Party Services is at your own risk.

All content of Dandori is must comply with Japan copyright law. The look and feel of the Service is copyright© Hiroki Miyaji. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission from the Company.

We makes no guarantees, explicit or implied, about the service being free of flaws or legal issues, including safety, reliability, and rights infringement. We also are not liable for any harm or loss resulting from using the service.

Privacy Policy

Dandori cares about your privacy. Please take a moment to read through it.

What information we collect and How we use it

We collect only what's necessary for the site's operation and maintenance. Here are specific examples of the information we collect and how we handle it.

Cookie

We use the cookie as session to allow you to enjoy our services comfortably without having to log in each time. It is created firstly when you logged in through Auth0. About the expiration date, please refer to the Auth0 website for information.

Email

We save the email to our server when he/she logged in through Auth0. It is because we need to identify the user and the access tokens of 3rd party applications like Miro are saved based on the email.

If you delete your email from our server, please logged in and access your profile page. All data which is related to your information like email and access tokens will be deleted if you click `Delete Account` link.

Access Token

We use your access tokens of 3rd party applications like Miro. They are created through OAuth which is an open-standard authorization protocol and we store them encrypted on our server to let you enjoy our services comfortably without having to authenticate each time.

Please notice that we carefully manage them and do not share them with anyone. In addition, we set the expiration date of the tokens and refresh them regularly according to OAuth protocol.

You can also delete your access tokens from our server by yourself. Please logged in and access your profile page. You can delete your access tokens on its page.

Sharing your information with OpenAI

Our services send necessary data to OpenAI's servers for processing, without storing it or sharing with third parties. Please see OpenAI's privacy policy. Dandori and OpenAI do not track who sends requests or from where.

Changes to this policy

This terms and agreements may be revised periodically. If we make any changes, we will ask for your consent to our privacy policy when you log in or use our services.
